Dear Gym Owner,
After talking to so many gym owners and coaches over the years, we know the Level Method system is a big step for some gyms & coaches.
We totally get it.
But the truth is, levels-based programming is the wave of the future, and we're the only ones in the world who have a calibrated level system based on hundreds of thousands of real-world data points.
Until now, only Level Method gyms have been able to take advantage of
this.
We provide our gyms with comprehensive & calibrated levels-based programming that includes digital displays, coaching notes, and weekly/monthly/yearly overview videos so everything is crystal clear.
And now you can get it too... without implementing our entire system.
If you are interested in being among the first to gain access to our programming for your gym or clients, click the button below.
I am a HUGE believer in the Level Method, and think it's just a matter of time before we see all of CrossFit move in this direction. I feel like we are leading the industry and I feel privileged to be part of a group of owners and coaches that are in my opinion the best of the best...
We follow the programming very closely as is, and only make tiny tweaks to suit our gym (space, equipment, etc.). Switching to the level method has been our biggest and hardest change since opening our business, but I'll defend it to my grave because it is a million times more superior to what any other gym is doing."

Here's the problem: Group Programming that will actually work for your gym is very hard to find.
Delivering a generic service to a wide variety of UNIQUE gyms, owners, coaches (with differing culture, philosophy, equipment, education) is a real challenge.
We're sure you've noticed. 😂
✅ Goal #1: Both beginner and experienced coaches alike should be able to focus on coaching as opposed to frantically trying to scale 10 new people in class.
Result: Level Method's workouts are completely done for the gym owner with levels and scaling provided.
✅ Goal #2: Members need to stay excited and engaged with the programming because if they don't come to class, they won't improve.
Result: Level Method's Programming is designed to be both physically, mentally, and emotionally stimulating for athletes of all levels.
✅ Goal #3: Members should be consistently and eagerly working towards more well-rounded fitness.
Result: Level Method's Programming is founded upon solid energy system principles to ensure functional balance and includes things like recovery and accessory work.
✅ Goal #4: Implementing programming should be effortless from receipt to delivery -- systemized.
Result: Level Method's Programming makes it ridiculously easy and clear for any coach to understand, demonstrate, deliver at the highest standard requiring as little work as possible.
The big idea is that everyone in class has their own custom workout. We want "Systematic Individualization in a Group Environment." That means, we go beyond scaling, and beyond the "Rx." The Rx should be unique to the person.
The big idea is that there's always a purpose. We use fundamental energy system principles in both work-capacity and contraction-based worlds to identify and adjust stimulus. And we simplify it so it's easy to talk to members about... so they can buy in.
The big idea here is structured variety. Through the use of thematic architecture & planning, we can be sure to keep things fun, interesting, and smart. Each month of the year has a specific make up that offers variance within the system.
Hidden behind our programming is hundreds of thousands of data points that fuel the levels- calibration.
Since 2016 we have been gathering data on real world members in gyms across the world.
In 2019, we overhauled the MAP (shown left), to re-calibrate our levels based on that data. This means you can TRUST and RELY on the consistency of the levels in our programming...
And now, you do not have to implement the entire Level Method system to take advantage of all this work.
We started providing programming to our Level Method gyms in 2018. Since then we've gone through many iterations and refinements, and are now at the point where it's ready for the public.
The mission of our programming is to improve group fitness, make it safer, more structured and systemized for the gym owner and coaches. Every gym can benefit from levels-based programming.
Having done the programming pretty solid for a year now (and also having introduced it to our community...many of whom I have worked with as athletes for 4-5 years already), I thoroughly have enjoyed it as one of my favorite programs I have done, compared to other ones out there. When our gym was under prior ownership, we did WUWO and CompTrain and both of those never really seemed to satisfy the individual needs of our population very well and seemed a bit too advanced for several of our members. I have really enjoyed the clarity and ease of having modifications for our less-experienced members or those who really need the scaling.
This past year I have learned more about programming to fit members of various abilities than I ever have the past 9 years just by coaching and implementing Level Method at our gym...I also am limited in my time with a toddler and being a gym owner so I'd rather outsource as much as I can if possible. We've had a lot of success following Level Method and just making tweaks as needed to fit our environment and equipment.
